Depression, anxiety, parenting, substance abuse, infidelity, toxic relationships, trauma– I have successfully treated clients from 8 to 80 with these problems. I began as a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Counselor. I know that the devastation drugs and alcohol cause individuals and families is rarely overcome without help. As on-floor clinician at the Arch Bridge School, I worked therapeutically with kids diagnosed with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Behavior, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder. More recently, my training and work with children and adults suffering from trauma has been rewarding and humbling. My role as your therapist is to be a supportive ally, offering perspective and tools to help with your challenges. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to mental health but I’m confident we can create a solution for your unique situation.
