We provide heart-felt compassionate care to those seeking therapeutic supports. We employ a wide variety of techniques suited to your inidividual goals, but you are always in control of your own therapy. We also offer the option of psychiatric services and medication for anyone that would also like that added support. Anyone seeking help is welcome here! Here are just some of the issues we work with: depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma and addictions; as well as more serious diagnoses. We also offer a variety of support groups: Bereavement (for anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one), Anger Management, Women’s Empowerment Group (focusing on trauma issues), and other support groups.
