Rather, it is a space for “healing the soul,” the literal meaning of the words psychotherapy is derived from. In this sense, psychotherapy provides a sacred space for healing, evolution, and transformation. With over 25 years of experience, I use many approaches and methods in therapy, depending on need. I have many areas of interest including arts, music, holistic medicine, education, and various forms of spirituality. While I work with the range of psychological disorders, diagnosis is not the point; rather, psychotherapy is about healing and living fully.
