I often share with my clients that if they want things to be different, they have the power to change things. In the process of change, I am able to help with providing more insight, strategies, and knowledge that may assist in making the change process more successful. I find so much joy in helping clients learn more about themselves, learn new ways to see and respond to things, as well as learn coping strategies to improve their lives. It takes courage and strength to make changes. I am here to help facilitate the change process, and working as a team, together. My approach with clients is to help them feel comfortable in the therapeutic process and work as a team. I want you to feel you are able to say the things you need to say for hope to take shape into actions and changes in your life. My role is for us to become a team, and work together, to support you in reaching goals. Everyone has times when they need help. So often we feel that asking for help is a sign of weakness; I see it as a sign of strength. I welcome your strength in seeking help. I will do all I can to help you reach the goals that you have for yourself and/or your family.
