I am originally from Florida, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida State University. I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University. I enjoy helping others and making people feel heard and understood. My training at Marymount has shaped me into an effective counselor, using approaches that utilize a combination of techniques from Gestalt theory, Experiential theory, and Somatic Psychotherapy. I have worked with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, life changes, processed past trauma, stress, and grief and loss. I practice under the supervision of Charlie Clark, NCC, LPC.
