Cognitive Behavioral treatment of anxiety and depression are my specialty. I seek to help a client understand the relationship of cognition, behavior, and the resulting emotional results. In addition my experience in dealing with past (and current) traumas have led me into training with EMDR. This often can help a client reach a level of comfort with a less intrusive technique.
