My intention is to listen empathetically and create a supportive foundation for you to grow. Many of the clients I work with experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma related symptoms, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship issues. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused therapy strategies into my practice. I also believe that movement and the mind-body connection are beneficial aspects of healing. In therapy, we will work together to process your concerns and create practices to improve your daily functioning. I offer in-person therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My hope is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to express yourself.
