Therapist Overview
Hey Mama… Tired of pretending you’re fine? It’s OK to not be OK! Quarantine sucks and life right now is HARD. If you need support and a sane adult to talk to – I’m here! No expectations. No judgement. No drama. I am dedicated to supporting new, experienced, and hopeful moms through life’s transitions and stresses. My person-centered, holistic approach allows me to develop individually-tailored treatment plans to support you in setting realistic expectations and healthy goals. My clinical focus is in treating women who are stressed, overwhelmed, and struggling to manage – anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, work-life balance, grief and loss, caring for a loved one, etc. I specialize in women in need of professional support while navigating fertility issues, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. Opening up to someone new can be incredibly stressful and scary – but, it doesn’t have to be. I am happy to speak with you for a few minutes, over the phone or in person (at no cost), to help you get to know me a bit better and learn more about my practice style. There is no commitment and it will be completely confidential.
