My approach is strengths-based using many different therapeutic interventions to assist in the client’s journey of growth. I find client’s strengths and difficulties help guide therapy. I offer individual, group and family sessions. I am certified in motivational interviewing and trauma informed interventions, which can help guide a client to emotional healing. I offer emotional freedom technique (tapping) to help a client release stressors/emotional pain. I truly feel it is a courageous act for someone to be vulnerable and to engage in therapy. It is an honor to assist clients while they learn therapeutic skills, so they feel more empowered. What a privilege it is to walk beside a client in their journey to self-healing.
