Our counselors are passionate about listening to you and assisting you on your journey to emotional health, personal growth and discovering your potential. Our approach to counseling is based on the belief that people can become more in balance with themselves and in their relationships by understanding themselves, their needs and issues. We utilize a holistic therapeutic approach, and also offer Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation classes. We are experienced in working with First Responders, Military Personnel. We provide a unique therapeutic relationship with each client, reinforced with genuineness, imagination, and authenticity. We utilize an eclectic combination of therapeutic approaches that honor your individual process in a safe and strength based way.
