Stephanie I. Thomopoulos is President and Founder of GeriatriCare® Management, Inc., a private care management firm founded in 1995 that provides individualized services to people of all ages. Although we specialize in Geriatrics, we also provide mental health services, disease management, legal assistance (Guardianship/Conservatorship, family disputes), pre-disability Care Planning, and Care Management to people of all ages.
