I work with women and their partners as they enter the journey of parenthood. This may be during the prenatal period or postpartum. I work with individuals and couples who either find themselves in the midst of struggle or who want to be better prepared for these big changes ahead. I have a holistic approach as I help treat biological, psychological, social and spiritual areas of a person. I help the individual to see unhealthy patterns in their life that cause them to be stuck. I also help individuals discover the things they need in all areas of life and the decisions to get them there.
