I enjoy working with both adults and children; I also have experience supporting the parent/child dynamic. Having worked in high-tech, I understand some of the pressures faced here in Silicon Valley. My experience teaching yoga has shown me the significance of the connection between the body and the mind. Being a mother and a wife has deepened my awareness of the complexity and importance of creating strong, supportive relationships in the home.
