I believe in the power of change and use CBT and mindfulness practices to help foster self-awareness and bring loving kindness to ourselves. In addition to challenging irrational thoughts or beliefs, I use a holistic approach to address the client’s comprehensive health which can include nutrition, movement/exercise, and relaxation techniques.
