Whether you have been suffering for a long time or feel overwhelmed by a recent event, working together and collaboratively we can explore the sources of your suffering. We may look into repetitive patterns that could be preventing you from finding peace and fulfillment or we may focus on how larger societal pressures might be affecting you. For couples, we might work on repairing the relationship if both partners are willing, or focus on the ending process and lessons learned from that relationship, or, if there are children involved, work on a co-parenting arrangement that is fair, friendly, and best for the children. I believe in a holistic and flexible approach to healing that focuses on each client’s needs. My approach fosters the understanding and awareness of the interconnection between the larger societal pressures, the dynamic of mind and body, and interpersonal relationships. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families of diverse compositions. I especially enjoy working with individuals who have had experiences of exclusion within the larger society or in their own communities/families, people of color, immigrants, LGBTQ people, and interracial/interethnic couples. I am not taking new clients at this time.
