*Update: As of 12/1/2020, I have two new openings. Because of COVID regulations, I will however be solely offering telehealth sessions for the time being. I will update as soon as possible once I am back to offering both in office visits and telehealth.* Finding a therapist can be a daunting task. My hope is to provide a safe and comforting environment where you can just be, without the judgment or criticism. I counsel female identifying and nonbinary clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, anger, relationship troubles, depression, sexual identity, cultural identity, and self esteem. I work to establish a place and a relationship between us to explore your most personal challenges openly and truthfully. Through therapy, we will work together to achieve new and healthy thought patterns, stronger relationships, self confidence, and a sense of wellbeing.
