Sometimes we just need someone to walk with us through these difficult journeys. Someone who can provide a safe and non-judgmental space so we can deal with all that life is throwing at us. No one deserves to be without this space to work on making their best life, a reality. I can help. Trained in cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy, I work with my clients to help them gain the knowledge and solutions needed to make their life better than its ever been. I specialize in working with moms of all stages, kids (6+), teens, young adults, and the geriatric population. Faith-based counseling available upon request only.
