If you experience depression, anxiety, stress or low confidence due to disabilities or the challenge in raising your child who has disabilities, if you experience early career frustration or middle age career transition due to the crisis that is related to communication or social skills, if you experience family or personal relationship crisis as a new immigrant or with a minority ethnics background, please contact me. I use various counseling strategies including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, play therapy, biblio-therapy, or motivational interviewing. I work at Appletree Psychological Services (East Bay Area) and supervised by Dr. Jocelyn Pan, and also at Turning Point Educational Solutions (South Bay Area) and supervised by Kaye Bishop, MFT. I am English and Chinese bilingual. I have rich work and life experiences across education settings, industry settings, and disabilities area.
