Shannon Grimsley

Shannon Grimsley is a licensed professional clinical counselor and national certified counselor. She received her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Frostburg State University. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and person-centered therapy techniques. She works with individuals of all ages and specializes in anxiety, self-esteem, trauma and adjustment, anger management, depression and substance use disorders.
