Even through it all, you maintain your role as a wife, mother, sister and friend while silently suffering on the inside. There is a part of you that wants to have peace, joy, clarity and direction in your life, but you’re just not sure how to get there……. I work with those who are feeling stuck on how to move forward with life after loss. Those who feel overwhelming sadness, worry and fear that they can’t seem to shake. I will help you learn how to healthily process your emotions, gain clarity and direction, and learn to trust in yourself in your journey to healing. I know how hard it is to be open and honest about how you feel for fear of judgement or not having the right words to say.
