( English | español ) My purpose is to provide a safe place for you to overcome and heal from the distressing, painful, and/or scary things that have happened to you. I strive in providing genuine and individualized care, non-judgmentalness, and confidentiality. My hope for you, as my client, is that you may reach a purposeful and fulfilling life. I attend to adult men and women of both English and Spanish speaking languages. I hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and specialize in trauma care, anxiety, substance use and personality disorders. I have served for over 9 years in the areas of forensic and clinical psychology. My therapeutic approaches are individually tailored to each clients’ needs. The modality stems from Dialectical, EMDR and Person Centered Therapy. My passion to help others reach their mental wellness has grown from my work with survivors of human trafficking, and those struggling with both mental health and addictions. Mi propósito es proveerte un espacio seguro en el cual puedas triunfar y sanar de el estrés, el dolor, el miedo y/o la tristeza que conllevan las dificultades con las que te has enfrentado o continuas enfrentando. Mi meta es darte un cuidado individualizado, genuino, confidencial y sin crítica. Mi deseo para tí, como cliente mío/a, es que puedas alcanzar una vida de llena de propósito. Ofrezco sesiones a adultos mujeres y hombres en español e inglés. He obtenido un Master en el Arte de Consejería de Salud Mental y especializo en el cuidado de trauma, ansiedad, adicciones y depresión. He servido por más de 9 años en las aréas de psicología clínica y forense. Mi enfoque terapéutico es adaptado individualmente a las necesidades de cada cliente. Mi pasión de ayudar a otros a alcanzar bienestar psicológico surge de mi trabajo con sobrevivientes del tráfico humano y aquellos luchando con enfermedades mentales y adicciones.
