Covid has taken its toll on our community in unexpected, difficult and tragic ways. With all its many changes, what has NOT changed is the pace and effect of life. I am offering individual and couples therapy, as well as closed groups, to create a covid-careful setting in which our community can address some of these continued life needs. I offer support in facing and gaining mastery over life’s many struggles, including but not limited to the following areas: trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, and addiction. I also provide encouragement and collaborated direction for those desiring to become the best possible version of themselves. Life is a revolution of self through experiences.
