Therapist Overview
I help guide individuals and couples in creating more grounded and meaningful lives through navigating the transitions and challenges that at times, we all face in our relationships and within ourselves. Together we may work to find new, balanced ways of moving through the world being in relationship with self and others. Are you seeking a deeper connection with your partner, or with yourself? Experiencing a major life transition and need some help adjusting? Welcoming a new baby and could use support pre/postpartum? I would be honored to help you through life’s defining moments. Helping you live your best life is my absolute goal. In our work together we may focus on developing self-compassion, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and body awareness to increase your overall holistic wellbeing. In couple’s work, I draw from attachment theory with the belief that secure connection is the most healing resource in guiding you towards deeper intimacy and connection with your partner. I practice foremost through meeting you where you are with no set agenda or assumptions. I welcome individuals, couples, and families of all ages, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and sexual/gender identities to my practice. If I could be a helpful resource for you/your family, I warmly invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
