I have a special interest and extensive experience in working with adolescents and young adults as the transition from childhood to adulthood presents so many unique challenges! My niche is helping young adults navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulty. I also have special rates for teachers, nurses, and social workers dealing with burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. If this is you, I would love to connect! I have been working in the field of mental health since 2005 with a clinical focus on relief of behavioral challenges and solution focused conflict resolution strategies since 2013. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed School Social Worker with experience supporting families as they navigate the educational system. I believe that each of us has the tools to overcome our personal barriers, we just need support and guidance in accessing those tools and making the necessary changes for our success!
