I work with dolescents and adults striving to cope effectively with problems associated with depression, anxiety, anger, substance abuse, stress, and medical health issues. I am a clinical psychologist trained in both child/adolescent and adult mental health with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches. I am also trained in EMDR and other strategies for managing Posttraumatic Stress Disorder symptoms.
