Let’s become present together to all the dimensions of the human experience. I work with adults individually, couples & groups in body/mind connectivity to increase awareness of the moment. When we are in this moment we create clarity to identify and move in the direction of the change we desire. My background is Addiction Recovery (alcohol, drug, and eating disorders. I work with life transitions, depression, grief, anxiety. Sometimes counseling can feel awkward, weird, scary. My hope is to help walk through those feelings by offering body movement services like qi gong, yoga, walk therapy, and reflexology with talk therapy to increase the body and mind connection and also increase endorphins that help us move out of stagnation and repetitive unhelpful habits.
