I offer a therapeutic relationship that focuses on what matters to you and reaching your goals. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and identity. I primarily work with children, teens, young adults, creatives, and athletes. My approach is collaborative, holistic, nonjudgmental, strengths-based, culturally sensitive, and compassionate. I believe in empowering clients to live authentic lives that are congruent with their strengths, values, and dreams. I work with people along the spectrums of gender and sexuality and am LGBTQ+ affirming. I utilize evidence-based treatments and have received training in mindfulness, ACT, DBT, and TRM. I strive to provide a safe space that facilitates self-exploration, connection, and healing. Through our work together, we can work to increase self-acceptance, strengthen resiliency, and deepen interpersonal connection. I received my B.A. in Anthropology from UCLA and my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I am currently offering telehealth due to COVID-19.
