My role as a therapist is as a collaborator, facilitator, and witness to your healing process. My approach is intuitive, eclectic and person-centered. I especially love working with those who consider themselves empaths or highly sensitive people. I am a holistic psychotherapist located in the Baltimore area. I have a background in bodywork and energy work, which has given me a great depth in understanding and developing a whole-person, empowerment based approach to treatment. I truly believe in the power of psychotherapy to facilitate deep healing on a psychological/emotional level and beyond. I encourage people to be selective about choosing a practitioner with whom they feel a genuine connection.
