I specialize in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and have received training through Postpartum Support International. In addition, I am a Certified EMDR therapist and work with people that have experienced all types of trauma. Formerly a Director of Recovery Services at an addiction treatment facility, I am comfortable working with those struggling with Substance Use Disorders and their families. I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA individuals and families. As a yoga instructor and practitioner, I incorporate mindfulness and meditation skills into my practice whenever possible. I invite adult clients from all walks. I look forward to working with you to feel grounded and engaged in your life.
