In fact, millions of people report that their relationship with food is one of the areas of their lives they would change the most if they could. What most people don’t know is that your issues with food aren’t really about ‘the food’. People, woman in particular, who have disordered eating habits almost always struggle with anxiety, tend to have poor boundaries and people please, and have a belief system (or storyline) that is keeping them from healing past hurts or traumas, move forward, and take their power back. Your self worth and how you feel about yourself should not depend on a scale or the size of your jeans. I don’t want one more woman to ‘start over Monday’ when there is so much you can do to take control today and end your obsession with dieting, shame, and binging. I also help women who struggle with anxiety, pick the wrong man, & have a history of trauma. I provide both therapy and coaching.
