Psychotherapy should be an unparalleled relationship where we will explore patterns that keep you stuck, learn practice skills to live more fully, develop increased self-awareness, and achieve your defined goals. With over a decade’s experience, I’ve practiced in a variety of setting including community mental health, substance abuse, and inpatient psychiatric. Utilizing traditional and holistic approaches including cognitive behavior therapy, insight-oriented, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I also enjoy incorporating spirituality, positive psychology, breath work, and philosophy into my work. After graduating from Widener University with a degree in psychology, I received my master’s degree in clinical counseling psychology from La Salle University, and also hold a doctorate in spiritual counseling from the Institute of Metaphysical Humanistic Science. I pride myself on being interdisciplinary and to the tireless pursuit of knowledge to improve the lives of those who seek my counsel. As a LPC , I’ve treated people from all walks of life including adults, healthcare and law enforcement professionals, older adults, and older teens.
