I am able to develop connections with individuals, because I am warm, accepting, non-judgmental, a exceptional listener and utilize humor as an important element in my style. My approach to treatment is eclectic, using evidenced-based techniques and treatment models. I work in partnership with my clients to assist them in further understanding their core beliefs which are often negative and make it very difficult to achieve successful life transitions. The client’s I work with moveforward by utilizing more positive, healthy coping skills to lead happy and productive lives. In my time outside the office, I make sure I do self-care – I spend time with family and friends, mentoring others in an effort to give back to the community, as well as, paper crafting and travel.
