My ideal client is someone who is ready to do hard work to enhance his/her life. I work with clients with all types of issues and needs in nature settings, online, telephone calls, and text messages. My clients tell me what their goals are and we work together to reach those goals. I also work with couples to enhance their relationships. I’m an eclectic coach who uses out of the box techniques catered to the clients needs. I have years of experience working with clients who have experienced trauma move forward to live a life they desire. I coach teens who have been bullied, in transition from foster care into adulthood, build self-esteem, etc. I work with teens up to geriatrics. I am a trauma survivor helping victims of trauma learn to live a life they desire. I work with clients who have trauma from childhood, military combat, rape, domestic violence, etc. I use a holistic and positive psychology approach to coaching building my client’s self-esteem and feelings of worthiness and deserving to be in this world just like anyone else.
