Therapist Overview
( English | espaƱol ) I believe that therapy is a journey of healing and Iām here to accompany you in the process of self-recovery and to embrace your possibilities. Each pain is real, and at any moment we can find ourselves struggling and hurting in situations that we didnāt see coming or that we donāt feel prepared to handle. My approach as a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) involves psychodynamic therapeutic styles blended with attachment based and Gestalt models in order to provide a therapeutic relationship that helps you to accomplish your short and long term goals. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental environment that allows you to enhance your awareness of your personal style, and help you to gain the tools to find creative ways to choose freedom over failures, fears, anger and guilt. I also incorporate elements of mind-body and meditation to help you to listen to your body. Whether youāve experienced deep suffering, or you’re healing from a life-altering event or just beginning to struggle, I would love to help you to discover how to heal from the inside out and how to enjoy the rich feast of life and self-recovery. Donāt hesitate to contact me, Iāve experience in both hospital & private settings with US and latino background.
