Therapy is a personal and often difficult journey. I provide a warm, compassionate and empathic setting. Together we will effectively navigate through life stressors while finding purpose and meaning. My background includes working with survivors of sexual trauma and intimate partner violence. I also have experience working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as drug and alcohol addictions. My goal is to assist clients in finding their own strengths, nurturing self-confidence and developing a sense of empowerment
