We all have negative experiences or feelings, and if we don’t deal with them, we can get stuck in the past or worry about the future. Without realizing, we create patterns of behaviors as we engage with our loved ones and keep repeating the same mistakes, over and over again. Understanding these patterns and learning new ways to communicate are the first steps in making positive changes. There are times when we feel down, confused, stressed or lost. During hard times, we also tend to isolate ourselves and become lonely. However, these are the times when we need someone who will listen, understand and accept us without judgment. I enjoy working with young as well as older clients during various stages of life. I am passionate about working with women, empowering them to find their strength. I specialize in helping clients with emotional challenges such as anxiety or depression, as well as in recovering from stressful life situations, such as divorce or any personal problems. My approach to therapy is person-centered, providing clients with acceptance, empathy, and understanding. I tailor my approach to their unique needs to help them achieve maximum potential.
