Understanding complicated thoughts, feelings and behaviors is not easy to untangle alone. My goal as a therapist is to serve as a guide in gaining insights and clarity into why we might find ourselves feeling lost, repeating patterns or feeling unfulfilled. I believe that it is important to have someone to talk to who will really listen and who will accept us as we are without judgment. I work with a range of concerns including self esteem issues, relationship and work struggles, anxiety, depression and trauma. I utilize my training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy as a guide to increase self understanding and deepen insights into emotional issues and conflicts which may be out of our awareness.
