I have a warm and directive approach to counseling. I want you to feel safe and accepted and I want you to reach your goals. I am trained in EMDR and other techniques effective in helping individuals recover from trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions and many other issues. I also specialize in working with older teens, college students and young adults. What I have learned through my work with individuals is that you already have everything inside of you that you need to heal.
