Therapist Overview
Parenting, teaching, working and caregiving have been significantly affected by the pandemic. Relationships are strained. Teens and college students face unique stressors. It is all a lot to process. You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Imagine time to just focus on you. I am here to listen, support, collaborate, and problem-solve. We’ll focus on challenges such as anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, boundaries, burnout, unhelpful self-talk, and more. We’ll set goals and work to help you feel better. The payoff for the work you put in is enhanced self-awareness, empowerment, and healthier relationships. My role is to offer a tailored approach including evidence-based interventions that support your goals. We’ll uncover strengths and obstacles to help you move forward. This work is a passion and calling for me. I am constantly reading, listening and learning to find the best resources and practices to serve our work together. We are all moving through this challenging time. It takes resourcefulness and adaptability to forge ahead. Therapy can give you the support you need to process your feelings, optimize learning, and help you feel stronger. Phone or email is great to get started. I like to begin with a short phone conversation first. I look forward to hearing from you!
