Sometimes the difficulties of everyday life can have a way of causing us to break instead of bend. Maybe you’ve tried therapy in the past & it didn’t exactly have the desired effect? I know it’s a gamble to put yourself out there in such a vulnerable way, but you are worth the risk. Helen Keller once said, “Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.” I firmly believe that & I’d like the chance to help you sort your pieces into something beautiful that you can be proud of. I offer a very unique, creative, & empathetic modality of therapy that is entirely based on your comfort level. My mission is to help you process trauma, grief, struggles, & evolve into the person you desire to be. If something is plaguing your thoughts, your dreams or your sense of self let’s chat about it and dig-in in a client-centered and thoughtful way. Although, I’ve worked to earn the fancy degree & letters behind my name, what I’m most proud of is that for the better part of the last 6 years, I have dedicated my career to fighting FOR families within the Child Welfare system. This has given me a keen ability to connect, outreach, & advocate for a wide variety of situations & individuals dealing w/trauma.
