Trauma happens and the aftershocks are life altering. It is my goal to be the guide for the person who is dealing with the large and small events that are making you feel stuck. Guiding you through the challenges is my passion. I enjoy working with young children, adolescents, and adults. Very young children are best served with play therapy. I am a registered play therapist and welcome new children to the practice. Adolescents are often in need of support for the anxiety, depression or life changes that happen in this age group. I provide techniques to help this age group move forward. I am glad to support adults through their challenges. I am a liscenced professional counselor and am certified in several areas. I am dedicated to providing a safe caring environment to promote healing from the pain you may be experiencing.
