Therapist Overview

My specialty is low self-esteem, relationship (insecurity, codependence, attachment), FOO (Family of origin) issues, and Inner Child work. I have a lot of experience in working with those who were raised by toxic (controlling/ narcissistic/ manipulative) parents, which is not rare among Asian parents. I help my clients explore true identity, embrace themselves, understand and forgive others/consequences, and ultimately become confident and positive about themselves. During therapy, you will navigate negative feelings (self-criticism, guilt, shame), truly understand yourself, and learn how to love yourself. No one is born with low self-esteem. Self-esteem is affected/built by relationships with your family, especially your parents or significant other. If you are suffering from low self-esteem, you should look back upon the past. I will help you process it all and put the puzzles together. Please text/call me at 206-717-4477 or email me for a free consultation. ν•œκ΅μ–΄ μ„Έμ…˜ ν•©λ‹ˆλ‹€.
