Therapist Overview
Seeking help? …There had been a more persistent hope that you could do it on your own, that you wouldn’t need to seek help. But that feeling of being stuck just won’t go away. I know; I’ve been there too. You’ve tried many things: from ignoring and distracting yourself to perhaps making big external changes—all in an attempt to shake things up and shake things off. But you still can’t seem to get to that next goal in life or stage or in your relationships. What you want may also be hard to define. It’s darn frustrating. I have discovered that humans are not wired to heal ourselves; neither is healing bestowed upon us (unfortunately). It’s a two-way relational enterprise. Thus, the hope. Amid your suffering, your search for help demonstrates a willingness to work. And with some guidance, you’ll discover solutions. I specialize in deep listening to assist people in seeing what they can’t see—to provide an exit door when one feels backed into a corner. The way out is through dialogue. Contact me and we can begin a dialogue to unlock that which binds you.
