Therapist Overview
Finding the true you! Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Feeling exhausted being overwhelmed and sad? Those who are closest to you can’t see your pain because you have hidden how you truly feel by wearing a mask. Wearing a mask allows you to get through the day, but fall apart when alone. In therapy you can take off the mask, and reveal your real feelings, gain insight into how to decrease your pain and live a more balanced healthier life. Getting help is not a sign of weakness, but strength. It takes a great deal of strength and courage to take this step towards feeling better. I offer online and weekend sessions. With over 20 years of experience practicing therapy, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, and relationship issues. I am passionate about working with women who are experiencing a transition in life and have some uncertainty about how to create a “new normal”. I would love to be a resource for you. I have found that providing a safe space without judgement, allows us to be our authentic selves, and get in touch with the root cause of the problem. In addition to using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and self compassion skills I use spiritual principles that has guided me through this journey of life. Lets talk and see if I can be a resource for you.
