My work focuses on helping: parents adjust their parenting techniques to the unique needs of their child; gender and sexually diverse folks and their families with any adjustment related to environmental stressors; and, adolescents regulate their emotions and cope with anxiety while adapting to changes in their life. I strive to empower others to move forward from stagnant, unfulfilling, and/or difficult circumstances in an emotionally safe space for all clients by incorporating awareness of social justice issues and cultural considerations into every aspect of my work. Additionally, I enjoy educating others on parenting, gender and sexually diverse, and adolescent development topics through advocacy, workshops, classes, and trainings.
