There may be something you’ve always wanted to do, but have not started or worked on it for some reason. Maybe you’ve realized that you need some assistance or feedback however, you don’t feel comfortable sharing these issues within your circle. You don’t have to solve those problems alone. We can find a resolution together. It may be a motivational push, words of encouragement, exploring internal issues, or knowing someone will be holding you accountable which helps you work on improving. We’ll identify your goals, break them down, and do what is needed in order to help you work towards achieving them one step at a time. My experience in mental health includes providing group counseling, individual counseling, and crisis intervention services. I firmly believe in the importance of forming strong relationships with clients to yield positive outcomes. I also provide online counseling sessions which allows me to provide sessions outside of traditional hours throughout Georgia. I believe in the power and value of discussions and collaboration towards solving problems and exploring personal issues. Motivation is powerful. We all lose motivation at times.
