Therapist Overview
I provide mental health therapy to children, teens, adults, and families. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma-related disorders. I also work with children who have experienced complex trauma and their caregivers, including those who are in foster care or are living with relatives. These children often display challenging behaviors, leaving their caregivers overwhelmed, exhausted, and struggling to know how to respond effectively and compassionately. My passion is helping these individuals and families find hope and healing. I am a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional, a TBRI Practitioner, a Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, and certified in TF-CBT. I am also pursuing an ADHD Professional Certificate. I have additional training in Motivational Interviewing, PCIT-informed parenting, Play Therapy, IFS, Infant/Toddler Mental Health, and the ARC model. I strive to combine the science of healing with the art of relationship. I believe that building a solid, safe, and supportive relationship with those I serve is essential for the healing process. I know that it can be difficult and frightening to seek help, and I want to be able to provide help without judgment, blame, or shame.
