I am a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with nearly 15 years of experience. I specialize in working with adults struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, communication issues, self-esteem, self-doubt, anger and frustration, processing trauma and abuse, parenting and the everyday stressors of life. My integrated approach incorporates aspects of wellness, self-care and mindfulness to support and enhance the work we do. Through a collaborative partnership and a safe, supportive environment you will have the opportunity to examine yourself, develop your personal strengths, become more resilient, eliminate the negative self-talk, improve your relationship with yourself and take control of your narrative. Through this process, you will experience personal growth that will serve as a foundation for a more productive future. The end goal is to feel fulfilled, confident and able to move forward in life with more awareness, a sense of peace and greater meaning.
