I offer counseling for a variety of reasons, to better help you understand what you may be experiencing or going through. Sometimes, understanding what we have going on is the first and most important part of healing and getting healthier mentally and physically. Through experience I have developed skills and expertise in dealing with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I have worked primarily with substance abuse, cluster B personality disorders (Narcissistic, Antisocial, Histrionic, and Borderline), ADHD, anxiety, depression, impulse control disorders, and PTSD, but I am always eager to treat any issues that may arise. I offer client centered therapy, which welcomes and encourages clients’ insights, concerns, and questions. This approach helps the client identify issues and begin to take actions toward healthy goals. Many clients have been amazed with the positive changes that occur with only a few sessions of professional therapy. Many people are unsure about what the counseling process entails.
