I will serve as a guide as you work through the messy, raw, and unfiltered areas of your life. Together, we will discuss and implement strategies to make your burdens feel lighter. My wild hope for you is that you go forward with the skills and confidence to thrive. I have had extensive experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions as well as maternal and child mental health.
